Each plan will include one free-chiropractic check-up which includes a full posture analysis, digital foot scan, necessary x-rays, and a report of findings. The benefits on your card may be used your immediate family members but will be limited to the number of visits specified in your specific plan. Should you need more care you would be able to take advantage of a flat 20% discount for any other office services or products.
